1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates included.
- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
- The product must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
- Any price differences for exchanged items will be billed or refunded accordingly.
5. How to Return Items
To initiate a return:
- Email info@vibecright.site with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely, including all original materials, and ship it to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or engraved pieces.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
7. International Returns
