At VibeCrighT, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shipping experience for our valued customers. Please review our shipping policy details below:
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is available to select countries. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us at info@vibecright.site.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or personalized orders may take 7-10 business days for production before shipping.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free for orders over $500; $15 for orders under $500.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $30 flat rate.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $50 flat rate.
Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs (for international orders) are beyond our control.
5. Signature Requirement
For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders valued over $1,000.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
VibeCrighT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier has confirmed delivery. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us at info@vibecright.site within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging for a resolution.
7. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. VibeCrighT is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect addresses.
8. International Customs and Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country.
