  • All sales are subject to availability. In rare cases where items are out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.

2. Pricing and Promotions

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Discounts, promotions, and sales cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Orders cannot be modified after 24 hours of placement.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders

  • Custom-made or personalized items require full payment at the time of order.
  • Due to their bespoke nature, these items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Custom orders may take 7-10 business days to produce before shipping.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.
  • Payment plans through Klarna or Affirm are available for eligible orders over $1,000 (subject to approval).

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are only permitted for non-custom items and may incur a processing fee.
